Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for: Incorrect size selection Change of mind Personal preference However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with: A clear photo of the issue Your order number A short description of the problem We’ll work with you to resolve it ASAP.

Digital Product Returns

All digital downloads are final sale. ​ Because digital files are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please make sure your device and software are compatible before purchasing. If your file is broken, missing, or not working, contact us within 7 days and we’ll gladly help you fix it.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. ​ If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for products if you need a different size or color,

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at T3TO@ support.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 24 hours of receiving purchase. Please provide photo of damaged item in email. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return the item.
